Engagement Session - Leo Carrillo Beach

Last year actually wasn’t ALL bad. There were quite a few silver linings sprinkled throughout an otherwise difficult wedding season.

For instance, after months of phone chats, FaceTime meetings and texting I got to meet some of my amazing couples IN PERSON!

This engagement session was the few shoots I was able to do and I can’t explain how much joy it brought me. My clients really have no idea how much I appreciate them and the happiness, sense of purpose and creative outlet they provide.

We spent the afternoon at Leo Carrillo State Beach, sipping on champagne, chatting and playing with their cute pup. Beach sessions always make me nervous because the weather can be so temperamental and change in a matter of seconds but we got a lucky with the most perfect day. It was warm, no wind and with a negative low tide…. my absolute favorite.
